Australia Cruise Staff Dressed Up Like The KKK!

Staff on an Australian cruise ship dressed in pointed white hoods for a costume party were intended to be “snow cones,” not members of the Ku Klux Klan, the ship’s operator clarified on Wednesday.

A video circulating online depicted crew members in full white jumpsuits and conical hats parading on the deck of a P&O Cruises Australia ship.

These outfits inadvertently resembled the traditional attire of the Ku Klux Klan, known for its white robes and pointed hoods.

However, P&O Cruises Australia issued a statement explaining the misunderstanding, stating, “Several crew members dressed up as snow cones for a Christmas family event, not realizing how their costumes could be misinterpreted.”
